I earned my Master degree in English language and Literature at the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk university Brno. I have been working in the social sphere since 2010. I started as a volunteer in Sheltered Housing for people with mental and combined disabilities and autism. I worked as a team leader ten people and currently I work as internal supervisor for Faculty Hospital Brno. Next to this I also have my private practise. My almost ten-year experience in supervising (I have completed about 300 hours of self-supervision) has led me to become a professional supervisor and coach myself. My specialization is social and largely medical area. However, I believe that I can support you or your team in other fields – I propose to meet and make a schedule for three supervisions after which we discuss the pros and cons and may propose a further cooperation.
The basis of my approach to supervision is the development of a team dialogue and a joint search for solutions to ethical dilemmas and other relationship issues as well as communication with clients and colleagues in the workplace.
As a coach, I will focus on your work or personal life in an individual and
confidential environment. The most important thing in my coaching work is the
ability to listen and respectful approach so that you are not afraid to
communicate anything and with my help find ways to the solution that will suit
you.
If I find that the therapeutic elements which I use are insufficient for the client´s situation, I will refer him to colleagues in therapeutic training or to a psychologist.
